House of Istilah Sdn Bhd (HOISB) was formally incorporated as a private limited company in Malaysia. Commencing operations on April 1, 1994, HOISB took over the specialized translation of prospectuses and annual reports, a function previously managed by Istilah Enterprise (IE). Concurrently, IE strategically shifted its focus to concentrate on the translation of legal documents for law firms and diverse materials for advertising agencies.
